Outfit Post: Volcom Shirt, Somerset House

Heading over to the Next AW12 Press Day in The Portico Rooms at Somerset House, it was very, very surreal to be strolling through there in the sunshine when the space is void of the massive British Fashion Council tent, the hoards of women in heels and loud outfits, PR girls dresses in black and hoards of street style photographers. It really is a beautiful space in the Summer, and I think I'm going to try and stop by there to take my outfit photos during some of my London day trips I have planned this Summer.
Sunglasses: c/o Breo, Statement Necklace: Hobbs, Pale Blue Shirt: c/o Volcom, Orange Sundress: Topshop, Watch: Accurist

I don't usually wear shirts, but when the girls at Volcom Europe sent me this beautiful pale blue shirt I realised that it would look lovely over a sundress with my sleeves rolled up. I have been wearing it a lot both with dresses and over jeans and band tees since I got it, and I now wish I had a couple of them so I could always wear one while this one was in the wash!

What is your new favourite piece of Summer clothing?

  1. Your outfit works wonders, it really does. The shirt is a change on wearing a jacket or cardigan. The setting really beautiful, I wish there was a setting like that locally to me!

I'm a bit fan of skirts during the summer!

  2. I love your dress! :) x

  3. you look lovely! i love the clashing colours.

  4. I loved the outfit! That pink dress looked amazing on you!

I have this dress and have never really thought of dressing it down like this, I always seem to wear it to summer parties with wedges, but it looks amazing casual aswell! Thank you so much xxx

  6. Looks gorgeous! so summery :) http://misseelle.blogspot.co.uk/ xo

  7. I really like the shirt being worn like that it takes casual to a comfy level!

  8. LOVE LOVE LOVE that shirt!! Volcom has been one of my faves for years and years! One of my favourite t-shirts ever was a Volcom one that I got when I was about 15 (nearly 10 years ago!) and I had to scour all the American websites and US ebay looking for girls Volcom stuff because it was so hard to get hold of here! :) x
