I have never been a fan of straightening my own hair (the one time I had it done I kept pulling at it, and frowning myself every time I saw a mirror until I eventually jumped in the shower and finally put it right the moment I got home), but going to a boarding school and living with up to 60 other girls at a time, I still managed to build up some appreciation for, and skills with a good pair of hair straighteners. From listening to everyone compare models when they were getting ready in the mornings, to helping my friends straighten their hair when they were in a rush, I know that flat irons from ghd are among the best straighteners out there (my hair stylish also swears by them), so when the team at Best British Bloggers offered me a pair to giveaway on my blog in anticipation of their launching a US version of their site, Best US Bloggers, I knew I could not say no.
They are offering one of my readers the chance to win one of their Limited Edition Christmas Metallics Collection irons, which come in in either this lovely ruby red (which is what I would choose if I were entering, or I used hair straighteners!) or this rather fetching metallic silver pair, seen below.

ReplyDeleteI would absolutely go for the silver. No question at all. Metallics are something that come back into fashion time and time again, and a chic silver will be timeless for as long as the straighteners last - and since they're GHD, I think that will be quite a while! xxx
