This cognac cocktail classic is perfect for a celebratory tipple on New Years Eve, or after dinner on Christmas Day!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 tsp Golden Caster Sugar
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 tbsp Cognac
- Chilled Champagne
Instructions
Measure out the sugar into the bottom of each glass, then add the bitters. Follow with the cognac, then top each glass up with chilled champagne.
