Description

A punchy, Korean twist on the classic breakfast favourite, avocado toast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Small Avocado
  • Generous Pinch Sea Salt
  • 2 Slices Sourdough, lightly toasted
  • 4 Big Forkfuls Kimchee

Instructions

  1. On a small plate, scoop the flesh out of the avocado and using a fork, lightly mash the avocado and the sea salt together with a fork.
  2. Divide the avocado mash between the two slices of toast and press down lightly. Spoon over the kimchee and serve.
