Ingredients

- 1 Small Avocado
- Generous Pinch Sea Salt
- 2 Slices Sourdough, lightly toasted
- 4 Big Forkfuls Kimchee
Instructions
- On a small plate, scoop the flesh out of the avocado and using a fork, lightly mash the avocado and the sea salt together with a fork.
- Divide the avocado mash between the two slices of toast and press down lightly. Spoon over the kimchee and serve.
