You can’t beat a Classic French 75 cocktail made with gin, lemon, simple syrup and chilled champagne.
- 1 1/2 tbsp Slingsby Gin
- 2 tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
- Chilled Champagne
- Lemon Twists, to garnish
- Place the lemon twists, gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in the bottom of a champagne flute, and top up with chilled champagne. You can either use shop brought simple sugar syrup, or make your own by combining equal parts white caster or granulated sugar with water, and stir it in a small saucepan over a medium heat until all of the sugar has dissolved.
