These easy cocktail sausages are a real crowd pleaser at holiday parties so I recommend you make a double batch. They really do disappear that quickly!
- Splash Light Olive Oil
- 18–20 Cocktail Sausages
- 2 tsp Runny Honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees (390 fahrenheit) and grease a baking tray with a splash of olive oil.
- Roast the sausages in the oven for 20 minutes until they have just started to brown. Spoon over the honey and Worcestershire Sauce, and shake the dish around until all the sausages are coated.
- Bake in the oven again for another 5 minutes until the glaze has started to bubble. Toss the dish around again, and serve the sausages on a warm platter with any excess glaze poured over the sausages, with a couple of cocktail picks dotted around.
