These easy, pretty Rose and Pomegranate Gin and Tonics are perfect for Valentines Day.
- 12–14 Ice Cubes
- 4 tbsp Edinburg Gin Distillery Rose & Pomegranate Liqueur
- 2 tbsp Gin
- Generous Handful Pomegranate Seeds
- Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water
- Divide the ice cubes between two short glasses.
- Measure 2 tbsp of the Rose and Pomegranate Liqueur into each glass, followed by 1tbsp of gin.
- Scatter pomegranate seeds over the ice, and top each glass up to the top with chilled tonic water.
