A simple French-style vinaigrette for everyday salads made with Dijon mustard and just a hint of truffle oil.
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp white truffle oil
- 1/4 tsp runny honey
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients to make a uniform dressing. Store in the fridge.
