Description

This easy recipe for Indian-style Bombay Potatoes are cooked in the air fryer to free up space in the kitchen and to produce perfectly crispy, tender, and much healthier results every time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp light oil
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • freshly ground sea salt
  • juice 1/2 lemon
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. In a large bowl toss them together with first the oil, then the spices and a generous amount of salt.
  2. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes on 200 degrees (390 F), tossing occasionally.
  3. Serve with the lemon juice squeezed over and finished with flaky sea salt.

Notes

I like the potatoes peeled, but you can leave the skins on for a bit of extra texture!
