Description
This easy recipe for Indian-style Bombay Potatoes are cooked in the air fryer to free up space in the kitchen and to produce perfectly crispy, tender, and much healthier results every time!

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp light oil
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- freshly ground sea salt
- juice 1/2 lemon
- flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Peel and dice the potatoes. In a large bowl toss them together with first the oil, then the spices and a generous amount of salt.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes on 200 degrees (390 F), tossing occasionally.
- Serve with the lemon juice squeezed over and finished with flaky sea salt.
Notes
I like the potatoes peeled, but you can leave the skins on for a bit of extra texture!
