Make the Cake Batter

Beat all the cake ingredients together in your stand mixer.
Prep the bundt tin

Generously butter your bundt tin before dusting with cocoa powder to stop the cake sticking!
Bake the cake

Bake until the cake springs back to the touch and a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean!
Decorate the bundt

Beat together the cream, icing and brandy to frost the bundt. Decorate with truffles and gold leaf.
