Introducing ingredient, my new recipe newsletter!

I’m super excited today because I get to introduce you all to something I’m launching tomorrow which I’ve been working on for months and have been bursting to share: ingredient.

ingredient is my new monthly newsletter where I’ll be taking a deep dive into a different ingredient every month – rare, everyday or seasonal – and sharing three brand new, exclusive recipes that really show off that ingredient at it’s best. Think of it like your favourite monthly food magazine column, but delivered straight into your inbox instead where I’ll be sharing histories, personal stories, and hopefully down the line a few interviews, too.

Tomorrow’s edition focuses on one of my favourite Korean ingredients, gochujang, a sweetly spicy fermented chilli paste which forms the background of some of the upcoming recipes pictured here: my Korean Chicken Stew (Dakdoritang), Corn on the Cob with Gochujang Mayo. and my recipe for Spicy Sausage Ragu with Gochujang.

So, how do I sign up?

You can sign up to receive ingredient each month in your inbox here. There, you will be given the option to sign up for free where you’ll get to read each edition for ingredient each month, or to become a paid subscriber for either £4/month or £40/year to receive the three recipes each month too.

What is different for paid subscribers?

Paid subscribers not only gain access to the three brand new and exclusive recipes featuring each months ingredient, but they’ll gain access to the archive of all past recipes featured in ingredient, too.

By becoming a paid subscriber to ingredient you’ll not only have access to these exclusive recipes, but you’ll also be helping support my creating yet more recipes here on my blog which are free for everyone to access.

What if I already subscribe to your monthly newsletter?

Sadly, my monthly newsletter is coming to an end. You should however have already had an email from me about how to sign up to ingredient instead! I will still keep that mailing list active, however, to send out all the other updates you already get there, like new cookbooks and projects such as ingredient! If you’re not already on my mailing list but you’d like me to reach out with important updates on what I’m up to, you can sign up here.
