One Pan Pescatarian is out today!

After hours of testing, writing and tweaking, eight wonderful days in the studio taking photos, good two and a half months of editing and a twenty eight day Covid-19 related publication delay, I’m so happy and excited to say that my second cookbook, One Pan Pescatarian (ad) is finally on sale today! Thank you to those of you who have pre-ordered a copy already, fingers crossed your book should be with you sometime today!

One Pan Pescatarian is a collection of 100 vegetarian, vegan and fish dinners (with a few lighter lunches and brunch options thrown in there for good measure – essentially, this book is 100 main meals) all cooked on one pot or one pan – washing up dodgers and owners of small kitchens rejoice!

As you’ve probably already noticed I’m a committed meat eater, but I’ve long held the belief that as a nation we eat far too much of it for our health, for the environment, for our own food security, and probably for the cause closest to all our hearts – our bank balance! This, coupled with the fact most of the cooking I do at home is of the one pot, one pan nature (seriously, all you have to do is look at my BBC Food chef page to see how committed I am to recipes like this!) meaning that One Pan Pescatarian was an absolute joy for me to write last year, and I can’t wait to see how you all get on with my recipes in your kitchens.

If you’ve not already got your hands on a copy you can order One Pan Pescatarian on Amazon (ad), from Waterstones, or by asking for it at your favourite local independent book store. Don’t forget to tag me @missrachelphipps on Instagram and use the hashtag #onepanpescatarian if you give any of the recipes a go!
