Weekly Love - Week 73

This is a scheduled post. As you're reading this, I'm at school for my last ever day, most likely dressed in my white court dress graduation dress, ready to leave school behind for good! I'll try to post loads of photos, and of my ball dress for tonight later in the month!
+ I think this picture speaks for itself. Total heaven.

+ Picking up all of my favourite French magazine titles at the supermarket such as Vogue Paris, Glamour France and Jalouse, even if it did seem like the place was conspiring against me, being sold out of all of my favourite French sweets and teas!

+ French radio is so much better than English radio, and they play all my favourite music like Maroon 5 and Lady Antebellum every day! Also, lots and lots of classic rock.

+ Stretching out to sleep in a double bed.

+ Listening to albums that I listened to in California, that now remind me of California every time I listen to them.

Fish pedicures with Sherin and Susie!

+ Sitting writing at my desk in France, looking out the window and over the miles of Brittany fields, gothic churches and tiny villages as far as the eye can see.

+ The wonderful feeling when an idea for a novel starts to take shape in your head, and you know that you'll actually have the free time to try and write it for once!

+ Long, French lunches.

+ Sand in-between my toes from running along the beach.

+ Relaxing on my bed with a glass of wine and a copy of French Glamour with Laetitia Casta on the cover.

+ Finding somewhere where you can have an aperitif, a steak, a glass of wine, bread and ice cream all for 12€ at lunchtime - bargain!

+ Blair gives us a peek at the new Primark Collection - I think I'm going to be buying a lot of it!

+ Early evening walks picking wild flowers along the roadside.

+ Jalouse Magazine.

+ Getting a Whistles wrap bracelet for £10 in the Fenwick sale, reduced from £25 - I've wanted one for ages!

+ How to write an editorial calendar for your blog - I use one, and it is really useful!

+ Jazz on a summer sunset.

What have you been enjoying this week?

  1. Great list! I do love reading French magazines, and I was addicted to French radio for a while...!

This week? I've been busy writing songs... am planning on doing one in French AND English, if I can be bothered...!

    Julia @ Retro Jules

  2. Jalouse magazine! I'd almost forgotten how much I love reading that. I wish French magazines were easier to buy in England, I used to be able to get them all the time in Spain!

This week I've been enjoying having my little brother home from uni. Being home in the day is much more fun now I have someone to talk to! x

  3. I love your Weekly Love posts! Hope you're having fun at graduation right now. Those macarons look delicious.

  4. I love the how to be a glamourgorl post!! And definitely interested in how to make money as a blogger.

  5. Loving your blog! I live in Kent too, namely Herne Bay but I'm usually in Canterbury haha! x

  6. Ooh I love French magazines too.. I can't read much of them but I do try!
I had a fish pedicure and I found it so weird.. I only did one foot though and it was free because my friend works there. I'm not sure if I'd actually pay to do it!

  7. Congratulations miss, hope you are having a fabulous day. Kind of want to reach into the screen at grab one of those delicious macaroons, if only that was possible!

  8. I have to admit, getting my favourite magazines was one of the first thing I did when I got back home! That, and get some delicious macaroons. Looks like I wasn't the only one! ; )

  9. Super blog!! I adore French radio, i think the music they play much greatly appeals to my taste! And I adore French vogue - my favorite vogue <3

  10. Congrats on being done with school, what a relief I am sure!
